Taking it all in. . Jim Jim falls just has to be on your NT bucket list. It's one of those places that is an adventure from the time you jump behind the driver's seat. . It has a couple of hiking options: 1) a 1.7km track to the bottom, where you will find the clearest water and towering gorge walls all around. 2) 12km return climb to the top will reward you with a couple of other beautiful swimming holes and a most impressive view over the valley below. . The track in says 'high clearance 4x4 only' and has a few small creek crossings and bumpy sections. But to be honest we didn't need to engage 4x4. . Have you been here before? Have you done both hikes? What did you think of the '4x4' track in?

Cruise through the emerald water between cliffs up to 70 metres high at Nitmiluk (Katherine) Gorge ⛵ Departing several times a day, the Nit Nit Dreaming cruise is one of @NitmilukTours' most popular experiences, and it's not hard to see why! The tours operate all year round, meaning the cruise is different season to season. From higher water levels and abundant vegetation in the tropical summer to exposed rock and clear blue skies in the dry season. Our tip - visit Southern Rockhole over the summer months... it's an awesome seasonal spot for a dip! Cheers for tagging #NTaustralia, @jonny.melon. #SeeAustralia #TourismTopEnd #NitmilukNT #VisitKatherine #HolidayHereThisYear

We also went on a really cool walk through one of the gorges at Kata Tjuta. The aptly named Valley of the Winds - because it was like a wind tunnel. We saw lush greenery where the water collects and a pool where tadpoles live! 🤍🌿🌱❤️ . . . . . . #uluru #seeaustralia #redcentre #katatjuta #valleyofthewinds #northernterritory #seent #naturelovers
