Food. Wine. Music. Fire. In the depths of the cold midwinter, we offer a warming glass and a burning fire to gather around. The Burning of the Canes Festival celebrates the rebirth of our vines: a step out of the darkness and back towards the light. The sun will rise again. But until then we can stay warm next to the fire.
